• Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, not including weekends and bank holidays.
• Small orders* will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 requiring a signature on delivery.
• Large orders* will be shipped with DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• Postage on orders up to £50 will be charged at £3 and orders exceeding £50 are free.

European Union Delivery

• Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, not including weekends and bank holidays.
• Orders value of £50 of below will be charged at €9.95.
• Orders value above £50 up to £250 will be charged at €19.95.
• Orders value above £250 will be charged at €23.95.
• All International Deliveries will be sent on a tracked service. Packages will require a signature on delivery.
• Delivery times will vary but should be delivered in 5-7 working days.

International Delivery (Excl. EU)

• Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, not including weekends and bank holidays.
• Shipping levels will vary by country, and can be seen at checkout.
• All International Deliveries will be sent on a tracked service. Packages will require a signature on delivery.
• Delivery times will vary but should be delivered in 10-17 working days.

Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value, Ultimate Sports Engineering Ltd declares the value which complies with customs declaration laws.

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased through the Ultimate Sports Engineering websites so you can buy with confidence.

• We will refund or exchange any product purchased from our websites within 28 days of receipt of purchase.
• Returned products must be unused in their original condition complete with packaging.
• Please include proof of purchase with the returned item.
• The products remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received by Ultimate Sports Engineering, we recommend that you use an insured postal service to return items.
